A bit before the beginning of the school year and so many teachers and school onwers get in touch with me to ask me which coursebooks to use with their classes! Well, there are several coursebook checklists that you can find in intro to methodology books. Here I will share mine. Before reading it, a word of caution: when too much is given to you for free, beware! Perhaps all the extras are there to cover what is missing from the book… And oh well, when teachers say, ‘I don’t like the book but I use it because… and I add my own material.’, remember, we are nothing but our choices.
